Now that I am a teenager, the board games that I like to play have changed.
Even though it has only been a few years since my favorites were ones like
Candyland, Hungry Hungry Hippos, and Snakes and Ladders, now me and my
brother like to play more sophisticated games with Mom and Dad. Some new
favorites are games like Risk, Scrabble, Monopoly, Ticket to Ride, Battleship
and Blokus. Sometimes when we play Risk or Monopoly and my brother loses
he throws a fit and then we don't play that game for a while. He really, really
doesn't like it when I win the game.

When we go to visit our Aunt and Uncle on the farm, we usually play the Tom
and Jerry version of Trouble. It's the same as the regular one, but it has cool
artwork. At my Grandma's she has an old game that my Dad used to play called
Crokinole, that we play sometimes when we visit. At my other Grandma's, our
cousins play The Game of Life with us when they visit from Vancouver, and I
beat my brother at that game most of the time. We are starting to play other
games like Chess now, and my brother has an advantage because Mondays he
goes to Chess club at school. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
