Well, there have probably been enough caches hidden this month to satisfy local cachers having grid issues but I still wanted to get one out this month too. I just barely made it (I hope). I took a walk just a little north of the first cache I hid on this section of the Great Miami River Trail in Tipp City and found a spot for one more cache. My electronic playmate was having a very hard time coming up with useful numbers but I think I managed to finally coax her into coming up with some.
I parked in the parking lot (inside of a Tipp City Park) that I did for my other caches on this part of the trail. The waypoint is included below. It is to the south of the cache. However, the new parking lot to the north for the Tipp City Nature Center, off of N 3rd St., is a lot closer--about 200 crow feet or less. And you can of course park to the south in the parking lot on Parkwood Dr. if you want a longer walk/ride.
Please put it back where you found it and replace its coverage. And watch out for muggles on the bike path. They're really good at popping up out of nowhere and you're going to be 22.5 feet from the trail. And Tipp City parks close at 2300 (11 PM for twelve hour people). Please don't be in the park or on the trail after then at least until the sun shows signs of making an appearence again.
You may want to be a little careful with munchkins so they don't tumble down the hill into the canal.
It should be wheelchair accessible as long as the ground is dry and firm. However, wheelchair users may need some sort of tool to get a hold of the cache. (I'm not going to get bureaucratic if lack of a tool is your only issue. Just send me a picture or just a description of what you saw if you have any questions about whether you found what you were supposed to.)
