2022年 栃木県民の日
栃木県民の日に制定されている6月15日は1873年に旧栃木県と宇都宮県が合併し栃木県が誕生した日です。この日を記念して、2022年の県民の日に栃木にゆかりのあるジオキャッシャーが募りキャッシュを公開しました。

The 15th June is Tochigi Citizens’ Day. Tochigi Prefecture was established on June 15, 1873 with the merger of Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya Prefecture. Celebrating this day, Geocachers loved Tochigi have published caches.

Shibazakura Park has about 20 acres and within there, some 200,000 red, pinc, purple and white creeping phlox are planted which is one of biggest in Honshu. Creeping phlox festival is held ifrom early April to May.
Phlox sublata is the scientific name of the creeping pholx, and I had a geocache of this name before. Now I placed following caches.
市貝町の芝ざくら公園は総面積８０,０００㎡の公園で、本州有数の広さ１８,０００㎡の面積に赤・ピンク・紫・白の４色の芝ざくらが約２０万株植栽されています。例年4月上旬から5月上旬に『芝ざくらまつり』が行われます。
"Phlox sublata" は芝ざくらの学名です。この名前のキャッシュを以前置いていましたが、今回続きをいくつか置きました。
