Geocache Description:

The Hailstone Feed Store and Gasoline Station or simply the Historic Shell Station is a historically hip building in Issaquah's Olde Town. Built in the 1890's it served as a private residence until 1903 when it became a general store. It's current form is a Landmarked restoration from it's 1947 days as a feed store and garage. The Gas Station is now used as a meeting place, event venue and gathering spot. Please take photos of this local cutural treasure and upload them. As you walk around, please be careful of traffic.

To verify you have found this cache:
(1) please tell me the gallons pumped and prices of the gas station pump to the nearest gallon and cent.

(2) what is the temperature on the thermometer on the Shell Station wall

(3) Go behind the Shell Station and tell me how much the Owls cost.

Be sure to check out the award winning cache (It Takes Three) behind the Historic Shell Station and other highly favorited caches in the area. Including Chocoholic, Salmon Run multi, Coffee Break, Issaquah Insanity, Issaquah Photo Tour & Squak Mtn Micro.

"This virtual cache is part of the larger IssaQuest Sustainability GeoTour. Sasquatch visits the stores, restaurants, and entertainment on Front Street regularly, and especially loves groovin’ to Thursday night blues at the Historic Shell Station in the summer. The Historic Shell Station was first built as a warehouse and grocery store in 1902 but is now a historical site in Issaquah. This small historic gas station reminds us of the City's efforts to transition its own fleet to electric vehicles while also providing access to charging infrastructure across the community."
