This house was finished early in 1974. It took approximately one year to create.
While the main and multilevel rooms are decorated with plastic palm trees and strings of lights, different facades and themed rooms invoke regional Mexican architectural styles, including the resort of Puerto Vallarta. The centerpiece is a 30-foot indoor waterfall with cliff divers, an imitation of the cliffs of Acapulco. The Pink building has a tower crowned with a 22-karat gold leaf dome which is 85 feet tall and has a statue of the last Aztec emperor - Quahuatomec. The fountain outside of the front was shipped in pieces from Mexico. It was designated a historic landmark of the city in March 2015.
