The Tribute to Youth Statue celebrates the 1989 Canada Summer Games in the Kiwanis Memorial Park located in the Meewasin Valley in the community of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Statue was unveiled July 24, 1989 by their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of York.

William Epp was prolific sculptor in clay, steel, fibreglass, stone, bronze, and wood, whose figure and portrait sculptures that have been exhibited across Canada and in the United States. He received many commissions and his works are found all around Saskatoon.
