As locals, we have been eagerly awaiting the opening of this latest section of the Te Awa River Ride. The zigs and zags wind past a stunning section of the Mighty Waikato River through the treescape and surrounding farmland. Parking for this section is either at the Velodrome or the Gaslight Theatre.
(Please note, that the path may be closed periodically as it runs through a working farm).
The cache can be logged by finding the answers to the below questions:
A) Look around at the listed coordinates - there is a sign with three icons in circles. What is the name of the animal in the middle icon?
B) Carry on down the zigs and zags until you come to the bridge. How many flat metal uprights (not rods) are there? (count both sides of the bridge).
C) Continue on the path until you see a Caution Slippery Surfaces sign. What are the first 3 capital letters on the back of the sign?
