The Doris Morrison Learning Center is for visitors of all ages to learn about the importance of the Saltese Wetlands and the positive impact restoring this ecosystem has on the environment.
Grand Opening was April 22, 2023. The DMLC building is open 2-6pm Thursdays and Fridays, 10am-2pm Saturdays and Sundays. There are informative signs and displays inside and out that help us discover how the wetlands improve life on the planet.
This virtual can be accomplished any time but parking at the Center may only be open when the building is open. Alternative parking coordinates are provided.
To add to your enjoyment, bring binoculars, camera, hiking shoes, water, and spend some time exploring the many routes that take you into the heart of the flats and uplands. To protect wildlife and the environment, stay on trails and please keep dogs on leash at all times.
