The Cedar Creek Grist Mill is a water-powered, grain-grinding mill. Cedar Creek provides the water to power the mill which can produce flour and cornmeal from the "grist" (grain). Cider can also be pressed here. The mill has been in operation, on and off, since the late 1800s. Nowadays, volunteers open its doors frequently to the public, offering milling demonstrations. Click here to find a link to read about its history and to find out when it is open. The Cedar Creek Grist Mill is always closed from dusk to dawn.
