The Sea Garden in the Bulgarian port city of Burgas was created in 1910 by the gardener Georgi Duhtev , who transformed the barren and windy space between the then city limits and the sea into one of the most beautiful and coolest parks in Bulgaria. His passion for exotic type of vegetation turned the garden to a home of hundreds of species from all of the continents. The old part of the garden has a statute of National Monument of Landscape Arts. The park area is 60 hectares large and more than 5 kilometers long.
If you enter from the city pedestrian zone, the first thing that will take your breath away is the view from the iconic "TERRACE" or the „RAILING” as the locals call it.You'll have a first row seat high above the immense bay of Burgas, from Pomorie city on the far left side to cape Atya and Burgas port on the far and near right.

Ако идвате от хешеходната зона ,първото нещо, което ще ви вземе дъха , е невероятната гледка над обширния Бургаски залив, разкриваща се от" терасата" , или както бургазлии я наричат ”парапета”. От Поморие далече вляво до нос Атиа и пристанището вдясно.
