Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to my brother who is an avid fly fisherman and travels past this location periodically on his way to the great Salmon grounds of the Skeena River.

This fly rod weighs in around 800 lbs. and would require more than a dozen fisherman to maneuver it.  It would also need a river 15 boxcars wide to cast upon.

Over 740 hours of donated labour, equipment, and shop time went into the construction of this fly rod.

To log this cache you must submit the correct answers to the following 4 questions to the cache owner.

Any spoiler logs or images will be deleted.

1. How many guides does the line pass through, including the tip?
2. How many rows of bumps are on the threaded ring that secures the reel to the seat?
3. How many times longer is this rod than the average, read the plaque?
4. Who's idea was it to build this rod?

PLEASE NOTE: Each geocacher that logs a smiley for this geocache MUST also submit the answers independent of any other geocacher, friend or otherwise.
