It was Monday, May 30, 2022, just a few hours past since the dedication of the Gold Star Monument in Elmira NY.
The coordinates will take you to the foot of another monument at the same site. May we never forget! We can learn about many heroes at this location, but then take a very short walk to see the Gold Star Monument. This is a special monument for me, as my grandfather served in WW 2 in the Navy.
To log the cache please take a picture with either you or your GPS unit in the picture with the monument. Please log the cache with the picture in the log.
