We were lucky to have our name drawn to hide one of 4,000 virtual caches to be hidden between now and March of 2023. As soon as we were notified we started thinking about what location might best represent our city. We discussed several great locations and in the end landed on this one because it links one of Decatur's iconic manufacturers to an iconic sports team.
This is an easy location to find and usually there is free parking nearby. Once you find it, you need to answer two questions in order to claim the find:
1. What year was the first pro game played in Decatur?
2. What's the last name of the artist and what year was the piece created?
Optional: Feel free to post a pic of you at the cache but please don't include spoilers.
Note: Decatur is going through somewhat of a renaissance and the city has many new pieces such as this throughout the city.
