Questa cache virtuale vi porterà a scoprire il motivo per cui Cremona è chiamata "la città delle 4 T" (inizialmente le T erano solo 3 ma ultimamente è stata aggiunta la quarta). Vediamo in dettaglio:
- Turùn (torrone): è un dolce tipico italiano principalmente natalizio; il suo nome deriva dal verbo latino torrēre che significa abbrustolire con riferimento alla tostatura della frutta secca che lo compone. È composto da albume d'uovo, miele e zucchero e mandorle che ne costituiscono la base comune a tutti i tipi con l'aggiunta eventuale di noci, di arachidi, di nocciole tostate e pistacchi; spesso è ricoperto da due strati d'ostia. Il Torrone di Cremona, secondo la tradizione, avrebbe avuto origine da un dolce servito il 25 ottobre 1441 al banchetto che si tenne dopo le nozze, celebrate a Cremona, fra Francesco Sforza e Bianca Maria Visconti. Attualmente, oltre alla produzione del Torrone classico, duro e nello stesso tempo friabile, si è sviluppata la produzione del Torrone morbido, ed entrambi i tipi esistono anche ricoperti di cioccolato fondente.
- Turàs (Torrazzo): Il Torrazzo di Cremona, situato accanto al duomo, è il campanile simbolo della città di Cremona. È una delle torri campanarie medievali in laterizi più alte d’Europa: alto 112,54 metri, è costruito a doppia canna, si compone cioè di due torri inserite l’una nell’altra; nell’intercapedine corre una scala di 502 gradini. Si sono comunque distinte quattro fasi nello sviluppo della costruzione della torre: una prima, risalente al terzo decennio del XIII secolo, fino alla terza cornice marcapiano; una seconda al 1250-1267, fino al cornicione sottostante la quadrifora; una terza, verso il 1284, come raccordo per la quarta fase, rappresentata dalla guglia marmorea (ghirlanda) terminata entro il 1309. Nel Torrazzo, al quarto piano, è stato in seguito incastonato uno degli orologi astronomici più grandi del mondo; il quadrante ha un diametro di 8,20 m (8,40 con la cornice in rame). Costruito dai cremonesi Francesco e Giovan Battista Divizioli (padre e figlio) tra gli anni 1583-1588, l'orologio è interamente meccanico e deve essere caricato quotidianamente. Il quadrante rappresenta la volta celeste con le costellazioni zodiacali attraversate dal moto del Sole e della Luna. È dotato di cinque lancette (in realtà quattro perché una è doppia) in grado di rappresentare molti fenomeni astronomici: tra cui le fasi lunari, i solstizi e gli equinozi, l'ingresso del Sole nelle costellazioni, la posizione dei buchi lunari e le Eclissi. La lancetta del drago, di cui si osserva la testa e la coda, è in grado di segnalare le eclissi lunari e le eclissi solari.
- Tetàss (tettone): si narra che una caratteristica della città siano le donne con un seno prosperoso. Questa T non viene considerata ai fini della validazione del ritrovamento.
- Tugnàss (Tognazzi): Ugo Tognazzi, pseudonimo di Ottavio Tognazzi (Cremona, 23 marzo 1922 – Roma, 27 ottobre 1990), è stato un attore, regista cinematografico e scrittore italiano. È considerato uno dei volti più importanti della commedia all'italiana, insieme ad Alberto Sordi, Vittorio Gassman, Nino Manfredi e Marcello Mastroianni. Originario della città del violino, qui lavorò inizialmente come ragioniere presso il salumificio Negroni; dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale si trasferì a Milano e iniziò la lunga e nota carriera. Restò comunque sempre legato a Cremona, dove tornava spesso, magari anche solo per vedere giocare la Cremonese.

Per poter loggare questa cache dovrete pubblicare, insieme al log, 3 foto che ritraggono voi o un vostro oggetto nei 3 waypoint che richiamano 3 di queste queste quattro T: il Torrazzo (va bene anche visto da terra, ma se la giornata è bella il mio consiglio è quello di salire e godere della vista sulla città - quindi saranno valide anche foto panoramiche prese dal Torrazzo), il torrone (vi trovate davanti alla sede storica di uno dei maggiori produttori di torrone: questa bottega si trova qui dal 1836), e Tognazzi (sietedavanti al cinema a lui intitolato che, benché chiuso, resta uno dei simboli della città).

- Turàs (Torrazzo): The Torrazzo, located next to the cathedral, is the bell tower symbol of the city of Cremona. It is one of the tallest mediaeval brick bell towers in Europe: 112.54 metres high, it is built with a double-barrel construction, i.e. it consists of two towers inserted one inside the other; a staircase with 502 steps runs through the gap. However, four phases have been distinguished in the development of the tower's construction: a first, dating back to the third decade of the 13th century, up to the third string-course cornice; a second to 1250-1267, up to the cornice below the four-light window; a third, around 1284, as a connection for the fourth phase, represented by the marble spire (garland) completed by 1309. One of the world's largest astronomical clocks was later set in the Torrazzo on the fourth floor; the dial has a diameter of 8.20 m (8.40 with the copper frame). Built by the Cremonese Francesco and Giovan Battista Divizioli (father and son) between the years 1583-1588, the clock is entirely mechanical and must be wound daily. The dial represents the celestial vault with the zodiac constellations crossed by the motion of the Sun and Moon. It is equipped with five hands (actually four because one is double) capable of representing many astronomical phenomena: including the phases of the moon, the solstices and equinoxes, the Sun's entry into the constellations, the position of the lunar holes and eclipses. The dragon hand, whose head and tail are observed, is able to signal lunar eclipses and solar eclipses.
- Tetàss (big boobs): it is said that a characteristic feature of the town are women with prosperous breasts. This T is not considered for the validation of the finding.
- Tugnàss (Tognazzi): Ugo Tognazzi, pseudonym of Ottavio Tognazzi (Cremona, 23 March 1922 - Rome, 27 October 1990), was an Italian actor, film director and writer. He is considered one of the most important faces of Italian comedy, along with Alberto Sordi, Vittorio Gassman, Nino Manfredi and Marcello Mastroianni. Originally from the city of the violin, he initially worked here as an accountant at the Negroni sausage factory; after the Second World War he moved to Milan and began his long and well-known career. However, he always remained attached to Cremona, where he returned often, perhaps even just to see Cremonese (the football team) play.

In order to be able to log this cache, you will have to post, along with the log, 3 photos depicting you or an object of yours at the 3 waypoints that recall 3 of these four Ts: the Torrazzo (it's fine seen from the ground, but if the day is fine my advice is to climb up and enjoy the view over the city - so panoramic photos taken from the Torrazzo will also be valid), the torrone (you are standing in front of the historical headquarters of one of the largest producers of torrone: this shop has been here since 1836), and Tognazzi (you are standing in front of the cinema named after him which, although closed, remains one of the symbols of the city).
