Popeye was a female harbor seal who was a regular around the docks in Friday Harbor for more than 20 years, starting around 1995. She got her name due to blindness in one eye. Seals are a regular site in the marina. Gabby and Quinn love to watch the seals as they pop their heads up in the marina and twirl around the water in pursuit of fish.
