Nice spot, where you can see both Finland and Norway (cross the river).
At the given coordinates take a picture of the bridge with preferrably something personal included (like GPS, nametag etc.) In the picture have a piece of paper with time and your nick. That is the way to prove that you have visited the site.
Add your picture to logging or send it separately to cache owner.
Enjoy the view!!
ps. During winter the platform maybe difficult to access, but keep going.
