The cache is located on the LOWER pedestrian/bicycle deck suspended from the main bridge. This lower bridge is part of the Olympic Discovery Trail, which is a fantastic hiking and biking trail all along the the Olympic Coast. There has been a bridge in this location since 1914, and it has played an important role at various times throughout history. At the GZ you'll find signs explaining the history of this bridge and the answer to part 2 of the logging requirements.
To log this cache you must:
- Post a photo in your log of yourself/your GPS/other item to prove you were there on the lower span.
- Send me an email containing the original cost to build the 1914 version of the bridge.
