Beierbrua eller "fabrikkjentenes bro" er oppkalt etter eier Anders Beyer som eide den i 1671.
I Oscar Braatens litteratur kalles den fabrikkjentenes bro. Braaten vokste opp like ved og såg jentene gå til og fra fabrikkene, og hvile på rekkverket i middagstimen.
Fabrikkjentene ble udødeliggjort av kunstneren Ellen Jacobsen i 1986 med skulpturen på GZ som er tema for denne cachen.

The Beier Bridge or " The Factory Girl's Bridge" is named after owner Anders Beyer who owned it in 1671.
In Oscar Braaten's litterature it is called The Factory Girl's Bridge. Braaten grew up in the area and saw the girls walking to and from the factories and rest on the railing during lunch.
The Factory Girls were immortalised by artist Ellen Jacobsen i 1986 with the sculpture at GZ which is the subject for this cache.
