Genom Tidaholm rinner ån Tidan norrut. Genom att utnyttja de vattenfall som finns börjande man driva järnbruk på och omkring öarna Vulkanön och Turbinhusön. Dessa öar är fortfarande centrala punkter i staden även om bruket sedan länge är nedlagt. På Turbinhusön finns hantverksstugor och kafé vid forsarna, medan Vulcanön har blivit Tidaholms kulturcentrum. Här finns museum samt konstlitografisk skola.
Men dessa öar har fått konkurrens om vilken som är stadens hetaste ö. En bit nedströms ligger en betydligt mindre ö än Vulcanön och Turbinhusön. Omgärdat från alla håll av Tidans dramastika forsars brus reser sig ön upp och utstrålar lugn harmoni. Den ideala platsen för laddade möten. Det är hit traktens kärlekspar drar sig, och det är den givna platsen för bröllopsfotot. Det här är LOVE ISLAND TIDAHOLM!

Through Tidaholm, the river Tidan flows northwards. By utilizing the waterfalls that exist, ironworks were started on and around the islands of Vulkanön (Vulcan Island) and Turbinhusön (Turbine House Island). These islands are still central points of the city even though the mill has long since been defunct. On Turbinhusön there are craft cottages and cafés by the rapids, while Vulcan Island has become Tidaholm's cultural center. There is a museum and a choreography school.
But these islands have gained competition for which is the city's hottest island. A bit downstream is a much smaller island than Vulcanön and Turbinhusön. Surrounded from all sides by the roar of Tidan's dramatic rapids, the island rises up and exudes calm harmony. The ideal place for charged meetings. This is where the local couples in love go, and it is the given place for the wedding photo. This is LOVE ISLAND TIDAHOLM!
