The Canadian Museum of Nature has long been a favourite destination for our whole family. We've come here for the museum exhibits countless times, but we've also visited for seminars, escape rooms, and special functions. The exhibits are top-notch and the building itself is rich in history and has countless fascinating details if you take the time to explore.
Logging this virtual cache *does not* require entrance to the museum.
To log a visit for this virtual cache, please do the following:
1) Above the west and east side doors on the sides of the building (see additional waypoints), there are stained glass windows. Contact me with the total number of roses depicted in the stained glass above either one of the doors. You do not have to visit both sides. DO NOT include this information or photos of the doors in your Found It log.
2) Include in your Found It log at least one photo that you took of the front of the building, from approximately the posted coordinates. Provided that the museum facade is easily identifiable in your photo, you have some freedom of movement to capture specific architectural details or artistic features. Your presence in the photo is optional, but including yourself or something unique or original is appreciated. After you've met this logging requirement, feel free to optionally include other photos from your visit. See the gallery for examples and have fun with it!
3) If you enjoyed your visit, consider adding a favourite point to encourage others to come to the museum. :)
