Orientarium ZOO Łódź 🐘🦧🐠🐊 Virtual Cache

ZOO Łódź. Jego historia zaczyna się w 1938 roku. W środku miasta złapano jelonka i przywieziono właśnie tutaj. Pierwszy lokator otrzymał imię Boruta. Podczas II wojny światowej ZOO nie doznało zniszczeń, toteż w późniejszych latach systematycznie przybywało budynków, wybiegów i ich mieszkańców. W 1950 roku trzeba było niemal dwukrotnie powiększyć powierzchnię. Przez wiele lat wizytówką łódzkiego ZOO był skalny wybieg dla pawianów. Prawdziwymi legendami były także słonice Magda i India. W międzyczasie ogród mógł pochwalić się wieloma sukcesami, gdy przybywały nowe gatunki zagrożone wyginięciem, a przede wszystkim gdy w Łodzi rodziły się nowe pokolenia tych zwierząt.

O dziejach naszego ZOO można napisać bardzo wiele, ale Wasza wizyta tutaj dotyczy nowego rozdziału historii, który rozpoczął się, gdy pod koniec 2015 roku powstał plan budowy Orientarium. Najnowocześniejszy w Europie pawilon poświęcony faunie i florze południowo-wschodniej Azji jest udostępniony do zwiedzania od połowy 2022 roku. Imponujący obiekt robi wrażenie i warto go poznać również od środka. Razem z pozostałą częścią wyremontowanego w dużej części ZOO prezentuje się znakomicie. Nie będę wymieniał ilości gatunków, kubatury pawilonów, ani innych statystycznych ciekawostek. Po prostu gorąco zachęcam Was Drodzy Geoodkrywcy do zwiedzenia Orientarium ZOO Łódź . Oczywiście to tylko opcjonalna możliwość niewymagana do zaliczenia skrytki.

ZOO Lodz. Story begins in 1938, when deer was caught in the middle of the city and brought here. The first animal it the ZOO was named Boruta. During World War II the ZOO was not damaged, so in the following years, there were more and more enclosures for animals. In 1950 the area of the ZOO had to be enlarged almost twice. For many years, a rock house for baboons was the recognition point of the Lodz ZOO. Magda and India, the elephants, were also real legends. In the meantime, the garden could boast of many successes, when the number of animals threatened with extinction increased, and new generations of these species were born.

A lot can be written about the history of our ZOO, but your visit here is related to its new chapter. It began when plan to build the Orientarium was created at the end of 2015. The most modern pavilion in Europe dedicated to the fauna and flora of Southeast Asia has been open to visitors since mid-2022. The impressive object is worth seeing from the inside. Together with the rest of the renovated ZOO, it looks great. I will not mention about the number of species, cubature of pavilions or other statistical curiosities. I simply strongly encourage you, Dear Geodiscoverers,  to visit the Orientarium ZOO Lodz. Of course, this is an optional, not required to pass.
