Hello and welcome to this virtual geocache.
For those of you that are unsure, this means that there is no container to find or log to sign. Instead, you need to complete a couple of simple tasks.
At these coordinates you will find yourself in the beautiful Abbey Gardens of Bury St Edmunds.
Be it Summer, Winter or any season in between, Abbey Gardens is a place that is not only rich in history but also in beauty. Here you will find yourself immersed in beautiful and lush surrounding filled with flowers, insects and wildlife.
To log this cache you must
1. Take a picture of you enjoying this wonderful place. If you are camera shy then take a picture of the beautiful view. It doesn’t need to be from the exact spot of the cache. Anywhere in the gardens or ruins of the abbey will be just fine.
2. Have fun.
I have added in some pictures including a map of the gardens and the opening times so you know when the gardens are open to avoid disappointment.
Weather you live near by or are just visiting the area, a trip to the Abbey Gardens is a must.
