G4 (Gaithersburg Germantown Geocaching Gathering) - CITO (Cache In Trash Out) #20
CITO Season 1 has begun, attending this CITO event will earn you the first CITO virtual souvenir for 2022 (if you have not already earned it). If you don't know what a CITO is, check out the official description. This will also be the 20th straight month of a G4 CITO event!
This month we will be targeting Lake Whetsone Park which we visted almost a year ago. The posted coordinates are for parking. There is a lot of trash down at the edge of water, so if you have muck boots (or other waterproof boots) that will alow you get closer to the trash in the lake, that would be grand.
This outdoor event will comply with all county and state health mandates.
