Taichung City Government Water Conservancy Bureau has redeveloped this section beside Hualai River and Chaoyang Environmental park. You can see a lot of different bird species and other wildlife too. It is a really lovely place to take a quiet walk and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the plants and animals.
