The idiom wild goose chase goes back at least to the 1500s. ... A wild goose chase is a hopeless pursuit or foolish search after something that is in fact, pointless or unattainable. A wild goose chase is a frustrating enterprise that usually involves wasting a large amount of time. I have spent a fair amount of time in this area and on this evening I decided to place this cache. With the Jacob Waltz in mind, thought about could he have been lying about how he found his gold. Not that any of that matters, just a micro on the side of the road, is all that really matters. This cache is a easy park n grab, but getting back on the road could be a problem on the weekend. No Signature No Find.
