I came up with the name of this cache because when you get to the final, you can see a couple bridges spanning the creek. I had not seen these until today.
There is parking very near the posted coordinates. At the posted coordinates you will find a "Little Free Library". When I was there, there were only 3 books in it. I was not aware of this library before arriving, so I had nothing to contribute. Bring a book, if you're so inclined.
You will need to look at the metal plate on the top of the Library and gather the Charter #. Use the Charter # in the field puzzle below to find the final coordinates. For the purpose of the puzzle, use only the last three numbers of the Charter #, we'll call those XXX.
Be careful approaching the final location from the parking area, as there are some walls around the picnic areas that have 3-4 feet vertical drops. Might be best to use the road to manuever around the picnic areas.
The final is at: N 32° 32.ABC W 084° 53.0EF
XXX - 2 = ABC
XXX - 812 = EF
BYOP, as the cache does not have one. The cache can hold only some very small items. It currently has some kid-friendly items for trade. There is a personal signature item for the FTF cacher, if he/she/they don't already have one.
Congratulations to kb10bo and Creekwader on their FTF!
