The Key is the key to solving this geocache. The location seems to be neutral ground between a business and a school. I would suggest visiting this cache after school hours or on weekends.
Be ready to crouch down to access this cache. Somehow you will need to figure out the combination to open the door on the side. The clues and equipment you need to do this are there. This is a semi difficult puzzle cache.
Many treasures are inside! Please take one or two treasures and replace with something of your own if you wish. Log book inside.
