Number 1660 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.
The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.
Fowey's A Fine Pair is a little different to most in the series, in that the repurposed telephone box is no longer red! The box was repainted when it became a book swap to reflect the Town's colours. The postbox is an old Georgian postbox, and you will need to retrieve the information from this at the posted coordinates in order to work out the final location of this simple offset multi.
The cache can be found at N50 20.(A-B)(B-C)B W004 38.E(Cx2)D.
A= The first digit of the Monday- Friday collection time.
B= The first digit of the Saturday collection time.
C= The first digit of the later collection at Park Road Post Office.
D= The first digit of the latest collection at Holmbush Industrial Estate.
E= The final digit of the postbox number.
