Write Notes 📌🎵 in Ramat Gan Multi-Cache

This multi cache will lead you to 4 different locations around Ramat Gan, which are all connected to a famous resident of Ramat Gan. In fact, there is a 5th spot, but as i physically checked it, unfortunately it was behind fences of works which are only beginning.

Please do not add spoiler photos of the stages.

The first location is posted coordinates. solve the clues and equation to continue from stage to stage. 

In all equations i simplified it ending north and east with a zero. But it should be pretty accurate finding next note.

Note #1:

Find the square note with words in it. Search the west side of Hertzl Street, near the tall building entrance.

Color of note is:

Number of words inside note = B

The symbol/shape to the right of the note is:
