The herons, ducks and geese who live at the posted coordinates might enjoy your company, however I don't recommend visiting them. Instead, solve the cipher and find where the container is truly hidden.
There may be a lot of muggles at that location, depending on when you search for it. Personally, I don't recommend searching for it during Street Fair, which is usually on the second Saturday of June and October. You'll have to be a stealth master to find this final then!
Assume N39 and W 83. BYOP. Hide is a standard type, you'll know where to search when you get there.
**NOTE** The original container was for a cat bow tie, and bore the background image on it. It was muggled, sadly, so the title no longer has anything to do with anything.
