Olean's hidden surprise Traditional Cache

A simple hide in a shopping area.  The place really needed a couple of new caches.   When your out and about in the city you can do something besides shopping or finding a place for lunch.  A micro container hidden at ground level.   Try to cover it up so muggles wont see it.  Plenty of parking within 300 ft in almost any direction.   Not much of a muggle factor here.
