Meet at 10am in Roanoke Park (near 10th Ave E) to celebrate my 10th anniversary geocaching. There will be 10 half donuts to share.
10 years ago, May 9, 2012, I set off on my bike after work and found 3 geocaches. The first was a now-archived puzzle (of course) on campus, but I was a newbie and logged a different puzzle find as my first cache. No big deal. Since then I've found over 13,000 more.
We'll meet at the center of Roanoke Park, conveniently located at 10th Ave E and near my work. There are a couple of benches here, as well as an interesting (ahem) plaque. At 10:10:10, feel free to whoop it up like it's New Year's Eve. Or something.
Parking is best on the residential streets to the north and east. Or just ride your bike.
