This is the third in a series of Phobia caches by Totes Krakra.

The irrational fear of palindromes, a word that is spelled the same backward as it is forward, also includes verses, sentences, or numbers that read the same backward or forwards.
The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You will first need to decipher the following story in order to find the final coordinates.
Let me tell you a story about my good friend Otto and how he got started geocaching. He and his wife Elle joined us on a zero emission, tropical vacation in Oktahatko, Mexico. Neither of them had been geocaching before. Never, zip, zero. We opened our geocaching app and showed them the geocaches around us at that moment. In fact, there was a geocache just a quarter of a mile from our hotel. That cache was called Too hot to hoot and was a hollowed out owl in a tree between a quaint beach bar and another one next door. We all searched, but when he found it first, he bellowed "I man, am regal, a German am I!" We cheered and had a beer to celebrate. We watched the sunset over the ocean until zero light was left and then returned to our cinegenic hotel. The next geocache we tried finding; we came up empty handed, zero, zilch. Not there, no ma'am, but it was too late, he had caught the geo-bug. Otto was an animal, a true Badgerboy and he had to find more. He searched wherever he traveled. He has since surpassed us by a multitude of finds. And it all started on a little beach in Mexico.
A Parking suggestion for final is provided, but this location will require crossing a fence either over or under. Remember to get the bonus coordinates under the lid and on the log for the Phobia cache series bonus (GC9QMBW). If you like and understand long palindromes, additional hints are hidden on the cache page that will give you the needed key number to the solution.
Congratulations to geo51 on FTF

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
