I’ve noticed a proliferation of little “branch libraries” showing up all over the place. I Think they are a wonderful idea and are often creatively done. This one is perhaps the most creative that I’ve encountered. What a great way to recycle this container type for a lending library.
The purpose of this cache (and hopefully series of caches) is to bring folks out to see some of the more creative—at least to me—“branch libraries” that are out there. This is not intended to be a difficult cache. The container is a magnetic bison tube just behind the lower left corner of the plywood to the left as you visit this “red box.” Please replace it carefully so that the next finder will be able to find it quickly as well.
You might also consider bringing a book to swap in case there is something of interest in the box for you—or to leave a book in case it might be of interest to someone else.
