Did you get all the Reach the Peak souvenirs? If so, this will be relatively easy for you. If you didn't, you may have to Reach out to someone who did. You need to know the order each peak was released and know the info HQ provided in the write up.
With that information, you will find the cache at
A - The third number of the height in feet on 2nd released summit
B - The second number of the height in meters on 4th released summit
C - The second number of the year it was first reached on the 7th released summit
D - The fifth number of the height in feet on 3rd released summit
E - The fourth number of the height in meters on 6th released summit
F - How many of the summits were less than 18,000 feet?
G - The DR of height in meters of the 6th released summit
H - Find the meter height difference between the 2nd and 1st released summit and subtract the first number of the height in meters on the 5th released summit.
J - On the first released summit, take the height in meters and do the following _-_+_-_=J
K - Total up all summit meter heights. Add the numbers of that total together. Subtract the Word Value (DR) of the 7th released summit
