Welcome to a new Open Space park in Clear Creek County. I was surprised to see that there were no caches in this new park. The ranch was purchased two years ago from a private individual and at least one cabin will be used by CSU Extension.
This cache is on the west end of the ranch. I was taken aback to see signs on the property that state "Natural Hazards Exist". Most everywhere I've gone hunting for a cache, there has always been natural hazards, it's just part of the game.
I have set out three caches in this park, this will be the easiest. All three will be easier than most of my other 95 caches, but it's the beginning of the season, so I'll get settled in.
