Geocache Description:

The cache IS at the posted coordinates. But you must meet the challenge qualifications before you claim your find.

Credit for this idea goes to Nebraska's own twofingersdown, whose idea for a challenge cache I am blatantly plagiarizing.

Recently I was looking for a different kind of challenge to create (translation: copy) for our former hometown in Maryland and I ran into a peculiar oddity. It seems it is very uncommon to find geocachers who have completed their fizzy grid using only Unknown caches! I can only wonder why this is. It only took me 9 years and one month to complete this challenge myself.

This cache does not count as your 5/4 D/T, since chances are if you're close to meeting the requirement, you probably already have at least one unknown 5/4 D/T find. To claim this challenge, all you need is one find in each of the 81 D/T combinations, just like your traditional Fizzy, but all finds must be unknown cache types. The cache is rated given the difficulty and all the terrain you'll need to cover to get all of those finds. The challenge cache itself is probably a D/T of 1.5/1.5. You may sign the log any time, but only claim the find when you meet the requirements. To verify your qualifications, use the checker below. BYOP.
