You are searching for a simple gadget cache. Once you yell out FOUND IT! the fun will begin. You will have 2 items to remove to get started. The actual cache will need some help getting to surface but don't worry, We're Pulling for you. Once the cache is free you should be able to remove it and sign the log. Once signed, you'll want to return the cache where it popped out. The mechanism you used to expose the cache is used again to lower it into place for the next person. Just repeat those steps to drop the cache back into place. The cache will stay dry, so no need to over tighten more than just a turn or two.
