Geocache Description:

Welcome to Washington Memorial Gardens also known as Washington Park Cemetery. This cache is available during daylight hours only. Your visit today will take you to the monuments of several veterans of different branches of the services who fought in different wars over the course of American history. To begin your search, please walk to the flagpole. Waypoints have been provided for each stage for your assistance if needed.

To calculate the final coordinates, please use the following formula:

Stage Two

Now find Cpl William T. Hammond who served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII.

B = multiply the two digits in the day of his death

Stage Three

Next find STM 1 Foster Wilson Jr. who served in the US Navy during WWII.

C = add the last two digits together in the year of his death then use the second digit in your answer for C

Stage Four

E = the third digit in the year in which he was born

Stage Six

Moving to a different section of the cemetery, find Jesse Davis, an Army veteran who served in WWII.
