There are currently 12 Traditional D/T combos that are not available in Durban.  This is one of them.  If you need it, go get it for your Traditional Matrix

The Difficulty rating :
is well appointed, as you will soon find out.  Some might argue it to be a D5.0.... but I have other plans for the fiver...

The Terrain rating :
could be a 1.5, but with a narrow road offering no parking, an electric fence within 30cm if the construction, and security cameras watching you carefully..... I upped it to a T2.0

The Tools :
you don't need any tools, but some might help....

Further Notes :
[1] be vigilant and use your steath mode
[2] if you go away from the road, be mindful of the electric fence
[3] do not FORCE anything that is fighting back
[4] please take your time to memorise all aspects of what you are doing
[5] please ensure that you leave the cache is the same (or better) condition
