If you live in the south, one thing is certain–football is king. And there’s no better college football played anywhere than in the SEC. At the time of this posting, the SEC has won three out of the last four titles. To honor the unparalleled success of the league in winning national championships, the commissioner’s office decided to celebrate by throwing a party and inviting some of the league’s best.
The first guest that arrived at the party just so happened to be one of the greatest athletes of all time, Bo Jackson. As a courtesy, Bo brought five bags of ice for the drinks. Shortly after, Eric Berry showed up with a few wheelbarrows filled with six cases of beer in each. Joe Burrow was the life of the party–after dominating nine games of cornhole with his partner Julio Jones, he cracked open a bottle to really get the night going. It didn’t take Jay Cutler long to notice what was going on as he passed out two cases of brewskies to the guests to get the festivities cranking.
The party went strong into the night. Rex Grossman started playing some of the eighty available albums. From his selections, it was apparent that country was his thing. Darren McFadden was not feeling that genre, and quickly took control of the stereo from that point forward playing some of the best R&B out there. After five more hours that included axe throwing, billiards, darts, and mini-golf (where a prize was given for a hole-in-one) , Dak Prescott announced that he had to leave to attend to one of his private jets. Darnell Washington thought that was odd, and asked “Why can’t you just hire someone to take care of that? You make like forty three million a year!” Andre Woodson interrupted him and asked “Dude, why are you even here? You’re not an all time great.” Tensions started building in the room between the two so the commissioner announced that the party was over and that everyone needed to leave. All the players headed out except for one, Alshon Jeffrey, who was tasked with cleaning up after everyone.
