If you give someone directions and they end up two states the wrong way, if you don't know which way to turn the map, if you rely on "Mandy" to tell you where to turn, then you may be directionally challenged and should find a partner to help you with this puzzle. To solve it, simply follow the directions. It's easy. 
I've added a geochecker to help you out. The cache container should be easy to find but beware, it blends in well.
Please be aware of muggles. This can be a pretty busy place during certain times of the day. Use your car if you can to help prevent detection. The container has no room for swag.
