Minsheng community (民生社區) is the first American model community in Taipei. The community features open areas, wide streets and a total of 22 gardens and is well-known for its slower, quality-oriented cosmopolitan approach to living. Fujin Street (富錦街) area is definitely one of the favorite attractions in the community for many visitors. People enjoy a quiet walk along leaf-shaded arteries or stop at different stylish shops and inspiring cafes.
Don't forget to check out Minquan Park (民權公園) if you are around this area. The park is located west to the Taipei Municipal Minquan Elementary School (台北市立民權國民小學) and is very popular among comminuty residents. Different sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, tennis and woodball, are going on if the weather permits. It's also fun just to watch people play.
To grab the cache, go to the entrance to the tennis court and take a seat. You're very likely to see people practising tennis against the wall (photo). Bang! You're on top of it. It could be risky to open the container at the spot. Walking up stairs where you can overlook the tennis/basketball court and sports field is recommended. It's also a good place to enjoy the sunset.
Good luck!
