Antão Vaz (Casta branca)
É umas das castas mais importantes da zona do Alentejo, sendo oriunda da Vidigueira, no sul alentejano. Os vinhos produzidos por esta casta são bastante aromáticos (predominam os aromas a frutos tropicais) e têm, geralmente, cor citrina.
