VänerCachers are a happy bunch of geocachers that resides just south of lake Vänern in southern Sweden, around latitude N58 longitude E12, that love to meet up and find geocaches together - Everyone is welcome!
We like to suggest and help each other with geocaches, discuss technology and gossip about Geocaching news, of course. We meet up randomly whenever someone suggests a good trail, often in the woods on weekends. We also travel to other countries every now and then and log geocaches with the help of vehicles like bicycles, draisines or boats.
20 geocachers from Sweden is visiting Faroe Islands for a few days during Easter, and we decided to host an Event while we are here! The Event will occur at Trappan, and we hope that both local geocachers and other travelers want to meet us. Both newbies and veterans are welcome to discuss everything between Geocaching and Easter!
The time for the Event is Thursday april 14th 2022 @ 19:15 - 19:45. You may arrive just before the Event or just at the right time. We do not recommend arriving after the Event is over because then you will miss out on all the fun!
