Geocache Description:


Christmas pudding is a staple at the holidays on Irish tables (English ones, too!). Different from American puddings, Christmas pudding is more of a sponge cake and is made of dried fruit, fruit peel, apple, citrus and brandy. The pudding has to be made days in advance in order to let all the ingredients meld together and set to the dense confection we know it to be.
