CCC - Pavlova - New Zealand Traditional Geocache

Christmas in New Zealand always ends with something sweet. And that something is typically pavlova. This Christmas cake is made with meringue and topped with whipped cream and summer berries like strawberries or blueberries. Australia also claims ownership of this dish, and there is a long-standing dispute over which country actually invented it.
