General Byng School is a K to Grade 9 school located in Winnipeg Manitoba and celebrated it's 60th birthday in 2016.
The school is named after Julian Byng, former Governor General of Canada.
As commander of the Canadian Corps from May 1916 to June 1917, Byng transformed the Canadians into a well-trained and effective striking force whose victory at Vimy Ridge was one of most spectacular attacks of World War 1.
This Geocach is located in a high traffic area so please be careful of muggles. This is now very high and you will need a TOTT, don't attempt without one. Oh yea, tweezers will be handy.
