This cache is named after one of my young daughter's favorite trees, aptly named "The Broken Down Tree." It will be easy to see why. We often visit this tree to speculate as to what happened to cause the tree to break. The tree is by a nice little pond often visited by waterfowl. The tree and pond are in the Adams County Nature Park, a gem of a park, little known by many. A nice play ground for kids with a large open green space, and nice walking trails that give great views of many different kinds of birds. Come visit the tree and make your guess as to what caused it to be "broken down!"
