The cache is named for the Great Blue Heron rock, found near this cache at the back of the Adams County Nature Park. This park is little known to many, and is a great place to come to enjoy the playground, open space, and many walking trails. Birds of all kinds visit this park. Appropriately, there are several prominently place rocks with different birds carved into them. The one near this cache is the Great Blue Heron. There two other rocks, one with a Finch and one with a hawk of some sort. Can you find all three?
